Intan namaku...

az: Before this starting from Jan 2012, i was in my attempt to lose weight..I have gained so much weight since i entered my worklife..until it reach a point that i realise i must do something for myself to decrease it..now i have shed almost 12kg from my previous weight since 2012..and still continuing taking control of my eating habit for a healhty body..now i have a new mission, i am in my attempt to change my attitude and mind setting to be a more positive person..i must do it for the sake of my life, since before this my mind easily focus on negative mind setting ..i understand and have come to a point that i know i have to do something about it cause i don't want to stay like this forever...
